Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Eclypse Auto Agents website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Eclypse Auto Agents, operated by Jose Delgado, Colorado Auto Dealer License #DA1234, Parker, CO 80134. By submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or engaging any paid service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Services Provided
Eclypse Auto Agents provides licensed automotive consulting and buyer’s representation services in the state of Colorado. Jose Delgado acts as your representative and advocate in vehicle purchase transactions — not as a dealer, broker, or lender.
Service scope varies by tier: the Execution Plan ($99) provides research and preparation; the Guided Assist ($299) includes active coaching and negotiation support; the Auto Concierge (from $800) is a full-service representation engagement from vehicle search through final delivery.

Pricing & Payment
All fees are flat-rate per service tier as listed on our Services page. Current pricing: Execution Plan — $99; Guided Assist — $299; Auto Concierge — from $800 depending on vehicle type and transaction complexity. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at engagement applies to your service.
Execution Plan and Guided Assist fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Work is considered begun upon delivery of any research, analysis, or written communication specific to your transaction. If work has not yet begun, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
For Auto Concierge engagements, a retainer is due at the time of engagement confirmation. The balance is due at deal close or upon delivery of the agreed deliverables, whichever comes first. Jose confirms the full scope and payment structure in writing before commencing any billable work.
Limitation of Liability
Eclypse Auto Agents provides professional guidance and representation, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We cannot guarantee a specific dollar amount in savings, the availability of any particular vehicle, the behavior of dealerships or lenders, or the approval of any financing application.
Our maximum liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the total amount paid for that specific service engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use of our services.
We are not liable for outcomes resulting from decisions made independently of our advice, actions taken against our documented recommendations, or information withheld from us that would have materially affected our guidance. Clients are responsible for final purchase decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Eclypse Auto Agents website — including copy, design elements, page layouts, scripts, frameworks, and methodologies — is the proprietary property of Eclypse Auto Agents. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any site content is prohibited.
Deliverables created specifically for you during a service engagement — including vehicle shortlists, market analyses, negotiation scripts, and deal comparison reports — are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Ownership of underlying methodologies remains with Eclypse Auto Agents.
Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any delivered materials requires prior written consent from Eclypse Auto Agents. Requests may be submitted to jose@eclypseauto.com and will be reviewed individually.
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. In the event of a disagreement, we ask that you contact us directly at jose@eclypseauto.com to initiate good-faith negotiation. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication within a few business days.
If direct negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Douglas County, Colorado, under the laws of the State of Colorado. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or other rights that cannot be adequately remedied through arbitration alone.
Changes to These Terms
Eclypse Auto Agents reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If a material change is made that affects your current service engagement, we will notify you directly.
