Transparent Pricing
The base fee of $800 covers sourcing, full negotiation, and financing coordination. Delivery to your home or office adds $150. Out-of-state sourcing (beyond Colorado) adds $250. The fee is due at deal completion — if Jose doesn’t find you the right vehicle at the right price, you owe nothing. All terms are confirmed in writing during the discovery call.

What if I don't like the vehicle Jose finds?
You approve every vehicle before Jose proceeds to final negotiation. Nothing is purchased on your behalf without your explicit confirmation. If the first options don’t feel right, Jose continues sourcing. Your satisfaction is the only metric that matters — the fee is tied to deal completion, not time spent.
How long does the process take?
Most concierge clients are in a vehicle within 5–10 business days of the discovery call. Rare or highly specific vehicles may take longer depending on inventory. Jose communicates weekly (often daily) throughout the process so you always know exactly where things stand.
Do you handle trade-ins?
Yes. Jose evaluates your current vehicle, benchmarks it against current market values, and advises on whether a dealer trade-in or private sale will net you more money. If you elect a trade-in, Jose negotiates that value separately from the purchase price — a critical step most buyers skip that costs them significantly.
Is there a geographic limit to sourcing?
Jose’s primary sourcing network covers Colorado, with strong coverage throughout the Denver Metro and Front Range. For rare vehicles or specific trims, Jose can source from adjacent states (Utah, New Mexico, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming) with an out-of-state sourcing add-on of $250. Transport or delivery arrangements are coordinated as part of the service.
